Roof Waterproofing

When it is needed:

• When there is water leakage inside the house from the ceiling or walls.

How it works:

1. Repairing & Surface Preparation: Clean the roof and remove waste materials. Scrub and remove old, expired waterproofing.
2. Primer Coat: Apply a precast sealant primer (Grey color, French brand).
3. Base Coat: Apply a 3-4mm oil-based layer (Black color, German/French brand).
4. Intermediate Coat: Apply a water-based layer with fiber components (White color).
5. Topcoat: Apply a high-quality, pure white water-based finish (Norway brand).

Scope of the Work Includes:

• Cleaning the roof and removing waste.
• Scrubbing and removing old waterproofing.
• Repairing and filling cracks and joints with sealant.
• Waterproofing extensions and joints.
• Repairing damaged screeding.
• Applying a 5-coat waterproofing system.
• Water leakage test after the second layer and after the final layer.
